What makes Natalie different from other anxiety coaches?

I suffered from a panic disorder aged 19 after an unprovoked attack in a Nightclub. After years of trying to find ways to alleviate the symptoms, and looking completely in the wrong direction, I was guided to a number of modalities which together healed my body, mind and spirit and led me to a place of thriving rather than just surviving. I want to share everything I have learned with you.

How long does the coaching process take to see results?

You could see a difference after one session but 6 weeks of one to ones and you will see a huge difference.

The duration varies by individual as it depends on numerous factors, including the severity of the anxiety, personal commitment, and the frequency of the coaching sessions. Most clients begin to notice positive changes within 4 to 6 weeks of consistent participation.

Are the sessions only in-person, or can they be conducted online?

All sessions are conducted on line, in one to ones and homework will be given for self-healing in between sessions.

Natalie offers both in-person and online sessions. The online platform is robust, ensuring clients can receive support wherever they are in the world without the need for face-to-face interactions.

What should I expect from my first session

In your first session, I will get to know you and you will get to know me. I will understand more about your situation, your story and tell you mine. I will start you with some exercises that will immediately regulate your nervous system that you will start to practice every day. You will leave feeling confident your ife is about tochange for the better.

The first session is primarily about Natalie understanding your experiences and anxiety levels. It will include an assessment to identify key triggers and discussions on expectations and goal setting. You will also leave with initial strategies to start managing your anxiety immediately.

Is there a particular age group or demographic Natalie specializes in?

I work with all ages from 15 years onwards.

Natalie works with adults of all ages, specializing particularly in working professionals battling workplace-induced anxiety. However, her techniques are versatile and adaptable, catering to a broad demographic suffering from various forms of anxiety.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session?

Ideally, notifying at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule is preferred. Missed sessions without prior notice can be rescheduled based on availability but may be subject to a cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies happen and always try to accommodate where possible.
